William Crosbie – President & CEO, P.Eng
Responsible for leading the overall expansion and strategic development of SYSTRA in the North America market, Mr. Crosbie is a transportation security expert and professional engineer with more than 25 years experience in transportation management, infrastructure protection, operations, engineering, and maintenance. Before joining SYSTRA, he served as a Vice President of Railroad Programs for another leading A/E/C services firm and Amtrak’s longest serving Chief Operating Officer.

 


 Joseph Sais – P. E. Executive Vice President, Engineering

Mr. Sais has more than 40 years of senior level managerial experience in the consulting industry as well as within the largest commuter railroad in North America.  As Executive Vice President Engineering, he is responsible for the profitability and growth of SYSTRA’s Infrastructure Sector, Traction Power Sector, Systems Sector, and Construction Management and Program Management Sector
 
 
 
 
Brian Dolan – Vice President Business Development
Mr. Dolan is responsible for all business development in the USA and Canada, including proposal coordination, marketing and communications. He has over 30 years of railroad experience in the greater New York marketplace and has served as a senior executive for the MTA Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), one the largest commuter rail systems in North America.   Mr. Dolan is an experienced business development manager and communications professional with proven expertise in public outreach. He also led campaigns to increase sales and has created an array of value-added, perception enhancing programs through an integrated market development approach.
 
 
 
 
 
Garry Hartwig – Secretary / Treasurer
Mr. Hartwig has over 35 years of experience in accounting and finance, 25 of which have been at SYSTRA. Mr. Hartwig is responsible for all accounting, treasury, and other financial related activities for SYSTRA USA

 

 
 
 
 

Isabelle Noblanc – Vice President, Strategy, Recruiting & Marketing
Responsible for mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and process improvement at SYSTRA, Ms. Noblanc brings over 19 years of international experience spanning strategic business units management, strategic planning, corporate development, global marketing, and program management. She earned a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE and an MBA from Cornell University. Her previous experience includes driving initiatives to grow companies through acquisitions as well as development of new markets, products and services.

 

 

 

Michael D. Jones - Vice President Human Resources

Mr Jones is responsible for SYSTRA's US based Human resources program, which includes policies and programs covering recruitment and retention, organization and succession planning, employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations and training and development. In addition, Mr Jones manages the firm's compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, including federal contract compliance requirements. Mr Jones is a graduate of Leadership APTA, the transit industry's highly respected leadership program, and served as Senior Manager, Labor Relations for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART)

Janet Campbell-Lorenc, AICP – Vice President, Planning

Ms. Campbell-Lorenc is the Director of SYSTRA’s Planning Practice. She has 25 years of experience managing strategic plans, infrastructure plans, capital investment programs, and alternatives analysis / environmental clearance studies. Her portfolio includes all rail and transit modes as well as freight and pedestrian studies

Joseph Bonsignore, PE – Vice President & Sector Manager, Infrastructure

Mr. Bonsignore is responsible for the growth of the Infrastructure Sector which includes track, bridges, tunnels, stations, facilities, and all related civil engineering work. He also oversees budget and project accountability and employee recruitment and development for the sector. A licensed Professional Engineer in several states, Mr. Bonsignore has 23 years of experience in rail and transit engineering, encompassing a wide range of railroad engineering, maintenance and rehabilitation.

David Male, PE – Vice President & Sector Manager, Systems

Mr. Male is accountable for the profitability and growth of the Systems Sector which includes signals and train control, communications, systems engineering, operations analysis, software solutions, and vehicle engineering. His responsibilities include budget and project execution as well as employee recruitment and development for the sector. Mr. Male is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 34 years of experience in train control system planning, design, engineering, implementation, and project management of rail central control and security centers for clients. 

Brandon Swartley, PE – Vice President & Sector Manager, Traction Power and Electrical Systems

Mr. Swartley is responsible for the profitability and growth of the Traction Power Sector, which includes all traction power and electrical system design projects and related studies. He is experienced in the railway, electric utility, and nuclear power industries and has prepared power system studies for high-voltage transmission, power plant distribution, and traction power systems using a variety of software programs. A Senior Member of the IEEE, Mr. Swartley presently serves as Chapter Chair of the Vehicular Technology Society in Philadelphia, PA and is a licensed Professional Engineer in eight states.

Sebastian (Sal) Rendino – Vice President & Sector Manager, Construction Management and Program Management

Appointed as Manager of SYSTRA’s Construction Management and Program Management (CM/PM), Mr. Rendino is responsible for growth of the sector, employee recruitment and development. He is a seasoned engineering management professional with over 30 years of experience in the railroad/transportation and construction industry. Mr. Rendino’s experience includes railroad construction/maintenance and facilities management within a complex engineering environment.
